Hi there!

We’re excited to welcome you to the Nail Tech Workshops at the Halloween Nail Expo. Here’s everything you need to be prepared and ready to flow both days.

Event Overview
- Dates: Saturday, October 25 & Sunday, October 26 
- Format: Hands‑on and Observer options
- 4217 Indian River Rd., Chesapeake, VA
- Workshop Check‑In

 Check‑In & Start Times
- Saturday Check‑In: 9:00 AM (8:30 AM for ultimate experience package, including networking breakfast.
- Sunday Check‑In: 9:00 AM
- First Workshop Session (both days): 9:30 AM (please be seated and set up by 9:25 AM)

Class Requirements

- Hands On Attendees:

- Bring all items listed for your class found on the website under the workshop description.

- Observers:
- You’re welcome to watch, learn, ask questions, take photos and engage if you'd like.

Supplies & Vendors
- Some supplies are provided per class (see the requirements  in the link above).
- On site nail supply vendors will be available if you need to purchase items or restock.

Sunday Show Flow (After Workshops are complete)

- Starts 12:00 PM
- Live Demos: 1:00–2:30 PM
- Nail + Costume Contest Judging: 3:00 PM
- Winner Announcement & Trophies: 4:00–4:30 PM (after score tally)

Consider bringing 
- Notebook/pen, phone charger,
